The greatest thing about this recipe is you use what ever you have on hand, be creative!

6 oz. Angel Hair Pasta (or any pasta)
2 Eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 green pepper chopped
1 14-oz jar meatless spaghetti sauce
Creole seasoning (or chili powder)
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 8-oz package cream cheese softened
1 10-oz package chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Never done a spaghetti pie before. Trying to form the "Crust" was i'm sure would have been funny to watch. But I got through it...lol. Anyway the end product was something my family liked. It was a nice change of pace and something different.
sns011Great recipe! I used kale and skipped the meat, added a habanero. Oh, geez, it was perfect! I didn't bake it, but ate it from the skillet. Tomorrow I will use some hash browns to make a crust and bake it off. Comfort food? Uh, call this one beyond versatile! What a winner!
