Ingredients

1 (540mL) can chickpeas drained and rinsed

4 T olive oil

3 T tahini paste

4 T lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

1/2 t sea salt

2 T water


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator. **This recipe was adapted from At My Table cookbook
