Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

1 can chick peas

1 clove garlic or 1tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup lemon juice fresh preferred

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

2-3 tablespoon water


Directions

Combine tahini and lemon juice. Blend 1minute Add 1/2 chick peas. Blend 1 minute Add remaining ingredients. Blend in. While blending add water slowly till desired consistency
