1 bunch asparagus trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths

6 eggs

80 g onion and chives cottage cheese

100 g smoked salmon chopped

70 g (1/3 cup) semi-dried tomatoes, chopped

40.00 ml chopped fresh chives

40.00 ml chopped fresh mint leaves

100 g baby rocket

200 g grape tomatoes halved

1 tablesoon balsamic vinegar
