Ingredients

1.5 lbs of sliced beef round steak

1/2 cup of onion

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

3 tsp of garlic minced

2 tsp of ginger

1 package of brown gravy

1 cup of cold water

5 tsp of soy sauce

some salt and pepper

2 tsp of cornstarch and some water to make into a paste

Directions

Cut the steak into 1/4 inch strips Cut up your onion and peppers into 1 in pieces Place your water, gravy mix soy sauce and beef into the pressure cooker Mix them up well till the mixture is well Next toss in your peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix all that up with your meat that is already in the pot. Place your lid on and cook for 10 minutes on manual high pressure. Once the timer goes off let the pressure naturally release just like you do with any other meat. While the pressure is naturally releasing get your cornstarch and water out and mix up till you have a white thin like paste. Once you waited 10 minutes for the pressure to release naturally you can let the rest go by opening the valve now. Once open pour in your cornstarch mixture and mix with the hot yummy food in your pressure cooker.
