1 lb ground beef
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
2 15- ounce cans tomato sauce
2 15- ounce cans diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 cups elbow noodles
2 1/2 cups water
3 leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Unfortunately, the pasta and thick sauce burned on the bottom and set of my instant pot’s shut off feature. I modified by switching to sauté and boiling and stirring for a while. My family did enjoy the meal.
