2 1/2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan reggiano cheese (grated)
3 cloves (chopped)
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
parsley (optional for garnish)
