1/2 long red chili finely diced

2 medium bell peppers (red and green) roughly sliced or diced

2 cloves of garlic grated or finely diced

2 tablespoons raw brown miso paste

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari sauce (for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 + 1/4 cups vegetable stock

Fresh cilantro or parsley to serve
