Ready in 45 minutes

Ingredients

Nonstick spray

1 1/4 c All-purpose flour

1 Egg

1/4 c Granulated sugar

1 ts Baking powder heaping

1 ts Baking soda

1/4 c Cooking oil

Milk as needed to make a batter (a cup or two; add gradually)

Directions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook on the other side for same amount of time, until light brown.

Perfect! I used almond milk to make it dairy free.

Easy to make but I could taste the sugar and the salty from the baking soda. My griddle on medium heat works great for all of my pancake recipes, except this one. I suspect the sugar had something to do with that. Not bad, just not good enough for our tastes. And at 1350 calories, (really?), not making again.

This deserves NO STARS. These have to be the absolute worst pancakes I have ever made or had in my life. We threw all the ones we cooked, well they sort of cooked, away and wash the rest of the batter down the drain. I will never make these pancakes ever again. Absolutely horrible. Cooking play dough I would have been better.

Yummy way to start the day. I followed the recipe exactly. I made it in the blender. It makes it easy to pour
