Oh-my-god-this-is-so-good!!! I cannot even tell you how good this was! :) I go to this local Mexican taco joint that makes tacos with whatever meat you want (steak for me) and a BUNCH of fresh cilantro on top and they give you sliced limes to squeeze over it. I usually add the refried beans and rice and verde salsa on top, but it's actually meant so you could eat the tacos just like that. Aaaanyway, that's what inspired my salad. I LOVE IT, it smells heavenly, and I am definitely having it again soon. :D

Oh no! Not the whole bunch...five stems of leaves for each salad!! I'm so sorry for the confusion in my recipe, but I'll bet that smelled good! Haha, you're welcome and thank-you for reviewing.
kristajamisonThis was an excellent recipe! All my friends except for one really loved how it tasted except for one, who said that the cilantro was overpowering. It was a little strong but I thought it was FANTASTIC! In the future I might cut down on the cilantro to half a bunch. TY for sharing!
Corwin26Of-course I love it! I made it and I promise I wouldn't have added it to BigOven to share with everyone if it wasn't simply amazing. :D Please rate and comment yourself! Now, everyone's taste buds are different, so it is possible that it won't appeal to you. If you have something to add, please don't hesitate!
