1 14- Ounce Can Whole Peeled Yellow Tomatoes
4 oz Sweet Peppers
2 cloves Garlic
1 Zucchini
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsps Calabrian Chile Paste
1 oz Castelvetrano Olives
I made jasmine rice to go with this, and I reduced the water for the broth to 1/2 cup. The flavors were good, but the fish didn’t belong.
