Jeff's Japanese Samurai Nuggets

Ingredients

2 -3 lbs bones chicken breast

salt and pepper

4 Tbsp rice flour

4 Tbsp wheat flour

3 Tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. fresh ginger

1 scallion

1/4 c. Miren sweet wine or sake

1 c. Tamari or soy


Directions

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes Heat pan with canola oil Fry nuggets
