Jen's Beef Sandwiches with Tomato & Provolone

Ingredients

3 pounds Top Round Roast

1 10 oz (?) large jar Peperoncinis

1 large onion sliced

1 large can beef broth

2 beefsteak tomatos

8 slices provolone cheese

8 French sandwich rolls


Directions

Put sliced onions into the bottom of the crock pot. Place trimmed meat into crock pot. Top with peperoncinis. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours), or until meat is tender and flakes easily with a fork, and onions are golden and caramelized. Remove beef to a cutting board or pan. Serve on bread with tomato, provolone.
