Great dry rub. Make in advance. great for slow cooking.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoon

2 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon ground

4 tablespoon sweet

1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon


Directions

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mixture into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Store leftover mixture in an airtight jar or in freezer.
