Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Ground black pepper; 1 tablespoon Ground White Pepper; 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar; 2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper; 2 tablespoon Chili powder; 1 tablespoon Cumin; 1 tablespoon Garlic powder; 1 tablespoon Brown sugar; 1 tablespoon Dried oregano ground; 4 tablespoon paprika sweet; 1 teaspoon Dry mustard; 1 tablespoon celery salt; 1 tablespoon salt

Great dry rub. Make in advance. great for slow cooking.

Directions

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mixture into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Store leftover mixture in an airtight jar or in freezer.
