Kale and Potato Soup

Ingredients

500 g Potato

250 g Kale

5 g Salt

10 g Butter

5 g Thyme

5 cloves Garlic

1.5 liters Chicken Stock

80 ml Fish Sauce

5 g Freshly ground pepper

250 g Cream


Directions

Cut potatoes in half then bake until cooked - skin on. Julienne kale. Garlic slivers. Blend baked potato and stock Heat oil in a pot, then saute kale with garlic slivers. Season with Salt. Set aside. Simmer potato and add fish sauce. Before turning off heat, add sauteed kale and mix well. Optional: blend for smoother consistency. Serve with cream.
