Ingredients

3 cups sugar

4 cups water

2 ounces instant coffee

1 quart 100 proof Vodka

2 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions

Brine sugar and bring the water to a boil. Stir in water to dissolve the sugar. Mix in instant coffee and set aside to cool. Add 1/3 to 1 quart of Vodka and the vanilla. Cover tightly and let stand 2 to 5 weeks
