Karla's Hummus

Garlic hummus

Ingredients

2 cups garbanzo beans drained, heaping

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tsp salt

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp garbanzo bean juice reserved from can


Directions

Place all ingredients except oil into food processor. Process on low. Drizzle oil into mixture as it is being blended and continue processing until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with raw vegetables or flat bread.
