INSTRUCTIONS FOR "LASAGNA NOODLES"
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large microwave safe bowl add cream cheese, mozzarella and parmesan.
Place in microwave for 1 minute.
Remove and stir.
Place back in microwave for additional minute.
Remove, stir.
Add garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper, stir.
Gradually add eggs, and combine thoroughly.
Spread mixture into a large greased cookie pan, and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes (until noodles are golden in color).
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, cut into 8 large "lasagna noodle" shapes.
Set to side.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAUCE & ASSEMBLY / COOKING OF DISH
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until melted.
Add the minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Continue to stir until smooth.
Add the grated parmesan cheese.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
Line the bottom of the prepared 9x13 baking dish with 3/4 cup of the alfredo sauce.
3. Spread 2 Tbs of the garlic alfredo sauce over each noodle.
Take 1 piece of bacon and place on each noodle, add chicken, and top with shredded parmesan and shredded mozzarella (1 to 2 tbs of each).
Carefully roll up each "noodle" and place in the prepared your 9×13 pan.
Repeat.
4. Once roll ups are in the pan, pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the top of each.
Add crumbled bacon and remaining cheeses to the top of each roll up.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes; cheese will be bubble and be golden.
