I challenged myself to make a brussel sprout dish my 10 yr old daughter would love, and this seemed to do the trick!

One bag of frozen brussel sprouts 12 to 16 oz.
3 strips of bacon
1/2 stick of butter or margarine
2 TBS of Balsamic Vinegar (I use the cheaper stuff)
1 TBS of Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Was ok, we probably won't make again. It was an interesting change, though.
ErincpetersI cook on a budget so therefore I use the cheaper balsamic vinegar which is more sour than the more expensive ones. Therefore you may need to adjust your brown sugar accordingly to the quality of your Balsamic Vinegar. I have yet to share this with anyone who didn't like it. Hope you all enjoy!
