2 1/4-oz packs yeast
1/2 stick unsalted butter melted
Can I omit or replace the salted butter? That's the only ingredient I don't have on hand and I really want to try it today
Amarie77Wow! This is a really good recipe. I had a square baking pan that I used, which meant I had to turn the over lower and keep it in for longer. This bread got better each day (which it only lasted 3 days) My family couldn't stop eating it! I would make it again and again.
