1 inch by 1 inch of fresh ginger chopped fine

2 cloves of garlic chopped fine

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 cup water

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup cauliflower florets

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup green beans cut french style

1 cup zucchini cubes

1/2 cup carrots cut into thin 1 inch long slices

2 large cloves of garlic chopped fine

1 tsp red chilli flakes or cayenne pepper powder(omit fo
