Ingredients

1/2 c soy

1/4 c rice wine sake or scotch

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

2 1/2 T sugar

2 1/2 T minced garlic

1 1/2 T minced ginger

2 tsp cumin

1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1 1/4 tsp dried hot pepper flakes

3 lbs lamb shoulder cut into 1 inch cubes

1 tsp sesame seeds toasted


Directions

1. Mix marinade 2. Coat lamb in marinade and refrigerate for 8 hours 3. Put lamb on skewers and grill on BBQ on high heat for 4-8 minutes each side, coat with sesame seeds
