Ingredients

8 ounces Lasagna noodles

1 pound Lean ground beef

1/2 cups Finely chopped onions

8 ounces Mushrooms

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

1 1/2 teaspoon Minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Dried basil

1 teaspoon Dried oregano

1 1/2 cups Cottage cheese

2 cups Shredded monterey jack cheese

3/4 cup Grated Parmesan


Directions

Cook noodles and set aside. Brown beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, salt, oregano, and basil. In 2-quart buttered baking dish, layer 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the sauce, and 1/3 of the cottage cheese, monterey, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat this layering twice. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Let stand 8-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
