Lean Green Smoothie

Super tasty and super healthy, this refreshing green smoothie is great just before a workout because it wakes you up without weighing you down.

Ingredients

2 slices Seasonal melon

1 handful Fresh mint

1/2 bag Spinach fresh

1/2 piece Mango

1/4 piece Cucumber

4 oz Apple Juice or half an apple

2 tbsp low fat plain yogurt

Ice Cubes


Directions

Put the spinach in a blender. Blend until it's reduced. Add everything else. Blend together.
