1/2 cup GF old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt (I used this one!)

1/2 TBS fresh squeezed lemon juice (~1/2 lemon squeezed)

1 tsp lemon zest (~zest from one lemon)

2 tsp chia seeds (I used black chia for contrast)

1 TBS vanilla protein powder (optional)

1-2 tsp pure maple syrup

1/2 cup mixed fresh berries
