Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Whipping cream

2+ tablespoons honey melted

2 tablespoons Lemon zest grated fine

1 Lemon juice only


Directions

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add honey, lemon zest and lemon juice. (to taste) Whip until desired consistency. Use as dessert topping or as icing on angel food cake or other light cake.
