I have mine in the oven now. I can see where it would look nothing like the photo as the photo appears to have some sort of crumble top. Hmmmm. This may be messy. We will see.

Valerie411If you like custard, this is good, but don't expect it to look like the picture. Mine looked nothing like the picture. My suggestions: add a cup of fresh raspberries to the flour mixture, bake for 35 minutes, and let cool. Spoon into bowls and top with whipped cream. (I've added a picture of my custard.)
BlueJayPieAGAIN, another poorly written recipe. Wat glaze & w/ the instructions, I can't c how the bars r supposed 2 look like da pic.
bumblebI used 1/4 cup of lemon and a 1/4 cup of lime instead of 1/2 cup of lemon juice and it worked out just great. I also used lime for the icing. This was excellent, everyone really liked it and said the lime probably worked out better.
