Ingredients

You will need a 22cm springform cake pan for this

3 eggs

220 g (1 cup) caster sugar

2 lemons, juiced plus 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest

300 g (2 cups) self-raising flour sifted

280 g (1 cup) Greek-style yoghurt plus extra, to serve

125 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil

2 lemons, zest peeled into strips

110 g (1/2 cup) caster sugar

80 ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
