head Cabbage (Nappa)

Salt

2 cloves Garlic cut up

Red pepper flakes

Garlic powder

Sesame Oil small amount

1 tablespoon Sesame seeds


Directions

wash and cut cabbage, layer in large bowl with salt, let stand overnight rinse well, add garlic, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Put in jar
