Low Carb BLT Wrap

Ingredients

2 whole wheat tortillas

4 slices of cooked bacon or turkey bacon

4 slices of tomato

2 leaves ; romaine or iceburg

4 slices of avocado

1 dash of black pepper

2 tbs mayo (1 tbs per tortilla)


Directions

Warm your tortillas in a pan ,when it cools spread on your mayo ,then add your bacon . then layer your lettuce,tomato, and avocado on top and add your pepper .fold it like a taco or wrap it like a wrap and enjoy with a nice cold glass of ice tea !
