Ingredients

1 Cup

1-2 TBSP Protein Powder

1 TBSP Virgin Coconut Oil

1 TBSP Ground Flaxseeds

1 tsp

1/4 tsp Sweetner

Directions

Place all ingredients except ice in a blender until well blended. Add ice after the coconut oil is well blended so that it won't clump.
