Ingredients

4 large Romano peppers or Bell Peppers (or 320 grams)

1 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup small head cauliflower (or 7 ounces)

2 tbsp butter (or ghee)

1/2 small onion (or 35 grams)

1 clove garlic (or 3 grams)

6 ounces chopped tomatoes (or 180 grams)

1 tbsp tomato puree

1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable stock)

1 tsp Italian herb seasoning

1/3 tsp fresh thyme

1/4 tsp pepper

fresh chopped parsley lemon wedges

Best fresh but can be stored in the fridge for 2
