Low-Fat Oatmeal Protein Pancakes with Cottage Cheese

Super easy to remember this one, just do equal portions of the 3 basic ingredients.

Ingredients

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese


Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto heated griddle or non-stick pan. When pancake bubbles, flip and cook the other side.

I use plain yogurt instead of cottage cheese and add cinnamon and pure vanilla extract.
