Low Fat Pizza Casserole (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients

3 cups Whole wheat egg noddles

1 large orange bell pepper cut into strips

1 Onion chopped

.5 lb ground beef lean

1.5 cups spaghetti sauce low fat

1 can cream of chicken low fat

3/4 cup cheddar cheese reduce fat; shredded

1 package turkey pepperoni

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese


Directions

- Cook noodles according to package - Spray skillet, cook peppers and onions for 5 minutes, add beef, cook until brown. - Add spaghetti sauce, soup, half of the cheese and noodles. - Spoon into baking dish. - Bake until hot, about 40 minutes. - Top with cheese bake until melted.

On the newest weight watchers tracking this comes out to 14 points per serving which in my opinion is pretty high especially given that most people are assigned 30 points now for their allotment.
