Ingredients

Goya shells frozen

1 lb ground beef

2 green peppers

2 onions

3 hardboiled eggs shelled

garlic to taste

2 tomatoes

1 cube beef

garlic salt to taste

Goya Mojo sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef. Dice peppers, onions, egg and tomatoes. Remove beef from pan and set aside. Cook veggies in the skillet and remove when done. Pour Mojo into skillet and heat to slow boil, add beef cube. Once cube dissolves, add garlic and garlic salt, then add beef and veggies. Let everything thicken. Once it's at the desired consistency, add the chopped egg and remove from heat to cool. Once the filling has cooled a bit, add a large spoonful to the center of a pre-thawed shell. Fold the shell in half and using a fork, press the shell closed all the way around. Continue until all the filling is used up. Heat oil in a skillet to medium. Place empanadas in the oil using tongs and flip frequently until golden brown. Cool before eating.
