1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Cook pasta for 3 minutes and drain
3. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper
4. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly; gradually add the milk
5. Cook and stir over medium heat until it boils; simmer 1 minute stirring constantly
6. Gradually mix in cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted
7. Add pasta; mix lightly
8. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs
9. Bake 25 minutes
