Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked macaroni

2 tomatoes chopped

2-3 green onions chopped

1 green pepper chopped

1 cucumber chopped

Dressing:

2/3 cup coconut palm sugar

1/2 cup grapeseed oil

1/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. dried oregano


Directions

Cook macaroni as per package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix vegetables with macaroni. Blend dressing ingredients well and pour over salad. Chill and serve.
