Macha Creme Brulee

Ingredients

2 teaspoon green tea powder or brown sugar

1 tablespoon hot water

1 cup cream 250 ml

1/2 cup milk 125 ml

3 tablespoon caster sugar

3 egg yolk white for meringue

6 tablespoon caster sugar caramelising


Directions

oven 150 fill hot water in a deep tray place cream and milk in a pan and cook over low heat turn off the heat before boiling large bowl, add egg yolks, sugar and combine well add matcha and mix add cream and milk gently, little by little, whisking without bubbles prepare a sieve pout into 4 heatproof cup arrange in oven tray oven 20 mins once cool, fridge before serving sprinkle each with 1 tbsp sugar and caramelise blowtorch
