Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Or Flank Steak cubed

10 ounce Mushroom sliced

2 cup Red wine

1 can (12 oz) Golden Mushroom Soup


Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned for 5 min. Transfer the steak to a bowl. In the empty skillet, add the mushrooms with wine and simmer. Cook 5 min then add the soup and 1/4 cup water. Add the steak back and simmer 2 minutes. Serve on top of rice or alone.
