Ingredients

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 cup almond butter

3 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate vanilla would work too!)

1/2 cup oat flour (purchase gluten free certified oats if needed)

2 T almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1.5 oz dark chocolate (I used 85%)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Optional: sea salt for topping
