Maple-Bacon Oven Pancake

This oven pancake is really a breakfast casserole. Maple syrup, cheddar cheese, and bacon make a surprise combination.

Ingredients

2 Large Eggs Lightly beaten

1 1/2 Cups Biscuit Mix

1 tablespoon Granulated sugar

3/4 cup Milk

1/4 Cup Maple syrup

1 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese Shredded.and divivded

12 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled


Directions

* Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into a greased and floured 13- x 9- inch baking dish. * Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Sprinkle pancake with remaining 1 cup of cheese and bacon, bake for 3 to 5 more minutes or until a woods pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup.
