Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients

2 Bunches Broccoli Chop to use floret yes only

4 tablespoons Olive oil

2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Country style

2 Cloves Fresh garlic, peeled

.25 teaspoon Kosher Salt

.25 teaspoon Black pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Trim stems on broccoli to get florets. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, kosher salt and black pepper in bowl and wisk. Toss in florets and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Spread marinated florets on a rimmed, aluminum sheet pan. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes.
