Marinated Brussel Sprouts with Caraway Seeds

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Brussell Sprouts (fresh or frozen)

1 bottle Italian Dressing

2 cups Chicken broth

1 1/2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. Caraway seeds

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground pepper

2 tbsp Breadcrumbs


Directions

Combine brussell sprouts and chicken broth in saucepan cook over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain well. Place in covered bowl mix well with Italian Dressing let set for about 1 hour. PREHEAT BROILER. Remove sprouts from dressing place in mixing bowl. Toss sprouts with lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt & pepper Place in baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Run under broiler briefly or until crumbs are crisp.
