Marinated Mozzarella

Ingredients

1 Container (8 Oz) Boccincini (Small Mozzarella Balls)

1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

1 teaspoon Fresh oregano chopped

1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt


Directions

1. Drain the mozzarella balls. 2. Mix all ingredients well in a jar and refrigerate overnight. 3. Move them around from time to time so the oil covers all pieces of cheese. 4. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before you serve it.
