1 Cucumber

1 Grapefruit fresh squeezed

1 Large Beet or 2 Medium

Holy Basil leaves Optional


Directions

Run all ingredients through a juicer. Optional juice citrus fruit using a citrus juicer, before adding them to finished juice to omit bitter membranes. Juice taste better if chilled, stick it in the freezer while you clean your juicer. No juicer? Blend everything than pour it through a fine mesh strainer.
