Martha's Jell-O Salad

Jell-O salad with crushed pineapple topped with sour cream/cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

12 oz Grape or Cherry Jell-O 2 small or 1 large

2 cups boiling water

1 can crushed pineapple drained

1 can pie filing blueberry or cherry

8 oz sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

16 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped pecans


Directions

Pour boiling water over Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Put in frige to set Frosting: Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over Jell-O after it is set. Sprinkle with pecans.
