Ingredients

1/2 cup Olive oil

1/2 Fresh lemon Squeezed

1/2-1 clove Garlic cloves Minced

4 tablespoons Egg beaters Whole egg kind

1/2-3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated Fresh

1 tablespoon Anchovy paste

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground

Directions

Put everything in small blender container and blend till emulsified. Chill and dress salad just before serving. I like to add grape tomatoes and diced avocado.
