Ingredients

24 ounces Russet potatoes peeled, quartered

1/2 teaspoon Salt

5 ounces Heavy Cream warmed

2 ounces Butter

Salt


Directions

1. Cover potatoes with cold water and salt. Boil, then simmer, 25 mins. 2. Drain potatoes, return to pot. Cook 3 mins to dry. 3. Mash, grind, or rice potatoes. 4. Blend in butter and cream. 5. Season to taste with salt.
