1. Preheat Oven to 300 degrees.
2. Beat eggs until they hold shape.
3. Add Vanilla and Sugar and beat until mixture is thick and glossy.
4. Use a piping bag to drop about a tablespoon at a time onto a tray with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
