1/4 c Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 lb Mesclun; (mixed baby

1 1/2 tb Champagne vinegar* or other

Directions

*available at specialty foods shops and some supermarkets In a large bowl toss mesclun with oil and drizzle with vinegar. Season salad with salt and pepper and toss. Serves 12. Gourmet September 1994
